Efficient and best staff, it was great stay.

There was free Wi-Fi in public areas and the service in general was excellent. There was a pool and fabulous views of the park. The hotel was in a great location, convenient to Soldier Field. Besides, it was adjacent to a great many attractions and restaurants, and restaurants and shops.

I truly enjoyed the room, it was exceptional and had a storage, blackout curtains, and two windows. The pool was heated and the location was awesome, to the pub on the last night! Moreover, it's right by Restaurants and snack bars.

Top location. Beautiful lobby

windows in our room urgently need to be cleaned. The price-performance ratio is not quite right. Especially the shop below in the entrance area is very expensive. hotel is very big and therefore a bit impersonal.

It was grand old hotel with very professional staff at reception desk. The setting was ideal, adjacent to an alley, Directly across from Millenium Park, and the museums, parks. Furthermore, hop on buses stops front of the entrance.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was awful.

The situation is perfect. Parking spaces are available. However, one can also switch to the surrounding public parking lots, these are much cheaper. Rooms really modern and clean.

The roof terrace in the photos doesn't exist. The prices are outrageous.
